Giles is a filmmaker based in Perth/Boorloo, Western Australia.

In 2024, he wrote, directed, produced & edited the independent feature-film JELLYFISH, which premiered at a special event in Perth and was later selected for WA Made Film Festival 2025. His short film INTERVIEW is currently playing in festivals.

Having a background in videography and running the UWA Film Society, Giles is adept in narrative and commercial non-linear editing. He is proficient in Avid Media Composer and DaVinci Resolve and has experience composing music in Steinberg Cubase. He holds a BA in English & Literary Studies.

In his free time, he loves to watch sad movies and cry (not always at the same time).
